Our Commission Rebate Program, allows you to get cash or credit at closing of up to 2% of the sales price of your new home.

If you do the initial legwork, find a property you would like to make an offer on, and then select Hardy & Company to represent you, we will rebate 2/3 of our commission to you at closing.

How the Commission Rebate Program Works

	1.	You do the initial legwork by looking for your next home online.
	2.	When you find a home that you would like to see, you attend an open house or schedule a showing with the Listing Agent. It is important that you not sign a Buyer Broker Agreement with the Listing Agent.
	3.	As soon as you find the property you would like to buy, contact Hardy & Company. We will then begin to represent you by preparing an offer for the property and presenting it to the listing broker or seller.
	4.	We handle all the contract negotiations and paperwork and always work to get you the best deal.
	5.	We will fully represent you throughout the rest of the transaction by working with your lender, escrow officer, home inspector, appraiser, and other professionals.
	6.	At closing, you receive your rebate!
