About Hardy & Company

Hardy & Company was started by Steve Hardy to become an alternative to the high-commission, traditional real estate brokerages. Steve became increasingly discouraged by the reluctance of most Real Estate Brokers to realize that property owners should have a choice when deciding how much help they need when buying and selling property. So, he started a real estate brokerage that is completely unique and geared toward the modern consumer. We understand that people are are different and that many people want to take a more active role in their real estate transaction. For those wanting to do some of the leg work themselves, we believe that you should have a choice when deciding what services to use and ultimately pay for.

Hardy & Co., is a licensed New Mexico real estate brokerage, and is owned and operated by Steve Hardy. Steve is a native of New Mexico and has been involved in millions of dollars of transactions throughout his real estate career. Prior to becoming involved in real estate, Steve spent a decade in financial services marketing management. In addition to his financial services and marketing experience, he was the top graduate of his MBA class, and has acted as an adjunct professor of finance and investments.
