Our Flat Fee Full Service Listing is the same listing you would expect from a traditional broker with three exceptions:

	1.	Instead of a charging you a commission, we charge a flat fee. Our Flat Fee is the same for all properties, irregardless of the price.
	2.	We do not hold open houses - we believe that open houses are primarily for the benefit of the agent holding the open house.
	3.	We do not advertise your property in the newspaper, magazines or other print media - we do not feel that print advertising is effective in the internet age.

Other than the three items listed above, you will find that our Flat Fee Full Service Listing is the same as any commission based broker would offer.

Our Full Service Flat Fee Listing is just $1,500+tax when you list and $1,500 +tax, when you close.
